I love street photography, but it's never been a primary focus for me. With the exception of the "Elise Walking Away" project, I haven't really focused a lot on taking images of people. I guess it's because I've never enjoyed having my own picture taken and feel like I'm intruding on others when I aim my lens their way. That said, here are some images taken in various years since about 1998 on where I kept my distance and didn't "get caught." The exceptions are the images of "Cats" which is of my daughters in 1994, and "Jess" which is of one my daughters years later, around 2015. The image of "Elise Contemplating" was taken during a break on the "Elise Walking Away" project. It is the only image on this website that shows her face.
