Elise Walking Away IV

We did not consciously decide when to end the project. At some point, we just needed a break. We needed to hit the road without Elise once in a while, so we began leaving the costume at home. In 2025, we gave the project one last round on a drive up the west coast, and now it feels finished, leaving twenty-one years and around twenty-thousand images in our wake. I have winnowed down the collection to about two-hundred images displayed here. Still far too many, but I was hoping to show the depth and time and breadth of this project that took over our lives for so many years. We are truly grateful for this unique and wonderful ride.
